经阴道手术用于剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室治疗中的临床效果研究

Study on Clinical Effect of Vaginal Surgery in the Treatment of Cesarean Uterine Scar Diverticulum

目的研究经阴道手术用于剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室治疗中的临床效果。方法将我院妇产科接收的40例剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室患者作为甲组,另选40例行经阴道手术治疗的同疾病患者作为乙组,分析对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者的临床治疗有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但甲组复发率显著高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室患者采取经阴道手术治疗,临床疗效颇为显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of vaginal surgery for cesarean section in the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum.MethodsIn department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital, 40 cases of cesarean section production in patients with uterine scar diverticulum were selected as A group, 40 cases treated by vaginal surgery with the disease patients in B group. Analysis of patients in the two groups were compared the clinical effcacy of.Results Two groups of patients with clinical treatment effective rate was not statistically signiifcant （P 〉 0.05）, but a relapse rate of A group was signiifcantly higher than in B group （P 〈 0.05）, more signiifcant.Conclusion To analyse palace yield in patients with uterine scar diverticulum take vaginal surgery, clinical curative effect is quite signiifcant.
