摘要
目的 研究早期镇痛在胫骨平台骨折创伤中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年8月-2015年8月我院进行治疗胫骨平台骨折患者60例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者不实施镇痛措施,观察组在此基础上进行早期镇痛。对比两组胫骨平台骨折患者不同时间段的VAS评分和小腿最大周径。结果 入院72 h后,观察组患者VAS评分中0-3分患者所占比例为26.67%,小腿最大周径为（30.24±2.65）cm,均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 早期镇痛应用在胫骨平台骨折患者中的效果显著,患者的疼痛程度和肿胀情况明显减轻。
Objective To study the effect of early analgesia in the limbs fracture of tibial plateau.Methods 60 cases of fracture of tibial plateau in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases as a group. Analgesic measures （control group） were not implemented, and the other group was given early analgesia （observation group）. Comparison of the two groups of patients with limb fracture of the indicators.Results 72 h after admission, the proportion of patients with VAS score in the observation group was 0-3 points and 26.67%, the maximum circumference of leg was （30.24 ± 2.65） cm, which were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P 〈 0.05）.ConclusionThe effect of early analgesia in patients with fracture of tibial plateau is obvious.
