胸腺肽联合抗结核药治疗复治涂阳肺结核的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Thymosin Combined With Antituberculosis Drugs for the Retreatment of Patients With Smear Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的 分析观察胸腺肽联合抗结核药治疗复治涂阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2012年1月-2015年7月收治的80例复治涂阳肺结核患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组、对照组,每组各40例患者。观察组患者以常规化疗为基础并给予胸腺肽联合抗结核药治疗,对照组给予常规化疗治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组痰菌转阴比率与肺部病灶有效吸收比率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 化疗基础上采用胸腺肽联合抗结核药治疗复治涂阳肺结核具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Thymosin Combined with antituberculosis drugs for retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods In our hospital from January 2012 to July 2015, 80 cases during the diagnosis and treatment of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, observation group patients with conventional chemotherapy based and given Thymosin Combined with antituberculosis drug treatment, the control group received conventional chemotherapy, clinical observation the treatment effect of two groups. Results The sputum negative conversion rate and the effective absorption rate of lung lesions of observation group were better than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） Conclusion On the basis of chemotherapy using thymosin combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis has significant clinical efficacy.
