健脾固肾清热安胎法治疗先兆流产疾病临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Strengthening Spleen and Kidney Disease Threatened Abortion Heat Tocolysis Therapy

目的 分析健脾固肾清热安胎法治疗先兆流产疾病临床效果。方法选取2014年9月-2016年5月我院收治的68例先兆流产患者作为观察对象,按照单双号法分为参照组（n=34,采用黄体酮注射液治疗）和治疗组（n=34,采用健脾固肾清热安胎法治疗）,评比两组治疗效果和症状消失时间。结果 治疗组腰痛、腹痛和阴道出血消失时间均显著短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗总有效率经统计比较,参照组低于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 先兆流产采用健脾固肾清热安胎法治疗可显著改善临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the strengthening spleen and kidney heat tocolysis to treating disease threatened abortion effect.Methods From September 2014 to May 2016, 68 cases of patients with threatened abortion in May 2016 in our hospital as an object of observation, according to odd and even numbers divided into reference group （n = 34, using progesterone injection therapy） and treatment group （n = 34, using the method of strengthening spleen and kidney tocolysis heat treatment）, treatment group 2 rating and symptoms disappear time.Results The low back pain, abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding disappearance time was signiifcantly shorter than the reference group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）; 2 group the total effective rate statistics, which was lower than the reference group therapy group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of threatened abortion law strengthening spleen and kidney tocolysis heat treatment can signiifcantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve treatment.
