健康教育指导对产后出血产妇心理及满意度的干预效果评价

The Effect of Health Education on Maternal Psychological and Satisfaction of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的分析健康教育指导对产后出血产妇心理及满意度的影响。方法选取产后出血的高危产妇,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行全程健康教育指导,比较两组患者护理干预后的焦虑评分及满意度情况。结果护理1周后,焦虑评分观察组低于对照组;观察组护理满意度为95.0%,高于对照组(82.5%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育指导干预有助于缓解产后出血产妇焦虑心理,树立积极心态,进而积极配合处理,总体护理满意度较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of health education on maternal psychological and satisfaction of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Postpartum hemorrhage patients were divided into two groups according to the randomly table numbers, the control group received usual care, the observation group received health education based on the control group, anxiety scores and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results After 1 week nursing intervention, anxiety scores in the observation group was lower than the control group; Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.0%, which was higher than the control group （82.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Full health education interventions can help mitigate high risk of postpartum hemorrhage and maternal mental anxiety, foster a positive attitude, and actively cooperate with treatment, better nursing satisfaction.
