胆结石治疗中全面护理模式的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Comprehensive Nursing Mode in the Treatment of Gallstone

目的 探讨胆结石治疗中全面护理模式的临床应用效果。方法 选择2014年1月-2014年12月我院收治的50例胆结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各25例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用全面护理模式,比较两组的临床护理效果。结果 两组患者护理效果比较,研究组均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 在胆结石治疗中对患者应用全面护理模式,不仅能够缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,也能降低术中出血量。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in the treatment of stones.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital, 50 cases of gallstone patients as research object, and were randomly assigned to study group and control group, 25 cases in each group, control group used routine nursing, research group was treated with comprehensive nursing mode and compared between the two groups in clinical nursing effect.Results The study group was signiifcantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of gallstones in patients with comprehensive nursing mode, not only can shorten the operation time and hospital stay, but also can reduce the amount of bleeding.
