分析临床护理路径应用在老年高血压护理中的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Clinical Nursing Path on Elderly Hypertension Nursing

目的 探讨临床护理路径应用在老年高血压护理中的效果。方法选取我院2014年8月-2015年12月收治的86例行老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分配成两组,研究组和对照组,每组各43例,其中对照组采取常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上结合我院制定临床护理路径进行系统的规范护理,并对结果进行分析。结果 护理干预后,研究组患者的高血压水平低于对照组。研究组患者生活质量水平高于对照组。结论 运用临床护理路径对老年高血压患者进行系统的护理,可有效控制患者血压,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in＆amp;nbsp;elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 86 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects and were randomly assigned into study group and control group, 43 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing care was taken, patients in the study group on the basis of routine nursing care, combined with our hospital to develop clinical nursing path of standardized nursing, and the results are analyzed.Results After nursing intervention, the level of hypertension in the study group was lower than that in the control group. The quality of life of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group.ConclusionTo summarize the nursing care of elderly patients with hypertension by using clinical nursing pathway, which can effectively control the blood pressure of patients, to improve the quality of life of patients.
