Percutaneous Nephroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Perioperative Comfortable Nursing Intervention

目的 总结分析经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术围手术期舒适护理方法及其效果。方法 选取我院2014年7月-2016年2月收治的90例经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术患者,随机分为常规护理组以及护理干预组,每组各45例患者。常规护理组采用常规护理,护理干预组采用舒适护理干预,分析护理效果。结果 护理干预组围手术期疼痛程度以及并发症发生率指标方面均优于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术患者在围手术期,采用舒适护理干预可减少并发症。

Objective To summarize analysis percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy perioperative comfortable nursing method and its effect. Methods From July 2014 to February 2016, 90 cases of patients with percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy were divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group, 45 cases in each group. Routine nursing group received routine nursing care, nursing intervention group received comfortable nursing intervention, to analyse nursing effect. Results The complication rate of perioperative pain degree and indicators, nursing intervention group was better than routine nursing group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in perioperative patients, the comfortable nursing intervention can reduce the complications.
