探讨全程护理管理在出院精神分裂症患者护理服务中的应用效果

To Explore Application of the Effect of Whole Course Nursing Management in Nursing Service of Patients Discharged From Hospital.

目的研究分析精神分裂症出院患者接受全程护理管理的临床效果。方法选取我院出院精神分裂症患者250例,将其随机分成AB两组,A组使用全程护理管理,B组使用常规护理管理,对两组进行1年跟踪随访,对比护理效果。结果 A组的护理依从性为96.8%,B组的护理依从性为80.8%;A组满意度为96%,B组满意度为81.6%。A组护理依从性与满意度均高于B组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理管理可以让出院的精神分裂症患者依从性提升,减少患者的用药,改善患者的精神状态,提升护理满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of the whole course nursing management of discharged patients with schizophrenia. Methods250 cases of patients with schizophrenia, divided into two AB group, A group used nursing management, B group used routine nursing management, one year follow-up of the two groups, compared the nursing effect.Results A group of nursing compliance was 96.8%, B group of nursing compliance was 80.8%; A group satisfaction was 96%, B group satisfaction was 81.6%. Satisfaction is relatively high, the indicators due to the B group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionWhole process nursing management can improve the compliance of patients with schizophrenia, reduce the patient＆#39;s medication, improve the mental status of patients, improve nursing satisfaction.
