浅析精神分裂症患者护理实施中临床护理路径的护理效果

Analysis of the Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Implementation of Nursing for Patients With Schizophrenia

目的 研究分析临床护理路径在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用。方法 选取2014年10月-2015年6月我院收治的100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,将患者分组为对照组和观察组,每组均50例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组接受临床护理路径。对两组的护理情况进行比较分析。结果 观察组患者的疾病知晓率为90%,治疗依从性为92%;对照组的疾病知晓率为78%,治疗依从性为82%,两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 精神分裂症患者临床中使用护理路径的护理效果十分理想,临床疾病知晓率高,依从性高,患者症状有了很大的改善。

Objective To study the application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients with schizophrenia.MethodsAccording to the analysis of 100 cases of schizophrenia patients in our hospital from October 2014 to June 2015, the patients were divided into two groups： control group and observation group, 50 cases in each groups. Patients in control group received routine care, observation group received clinical nursing path. Comparative analysis of two groups of nursing.Results The awareness rate of disease in the observation group was 90%, the treatment compliance was 92%, the awareness rate of the disease in the control group was 78%, the treatment compliance was 82%, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway of patients with schizophrenia is very ideal, the awareness rate of clinical disease is high, the compliance is high, symptoms of the patients have been greatly improved.
