胫骨平台骨折后护理与康复效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing and Rehabilitation on Patients With Tibial Plateau Fracture

目的 观察胫骨平台骨折实施系统护理与康复措施的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年3月我院62例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为两组,每组各31例,对照组采用常规治疗护理与康复措施,观察组采用系统护理与康复措施,对比两组患者膝关节功能及步行功能情况。结果 观察组患者膝关节功能及步行功能优良率分别为90.3%、93.6%,均显著优于对照组的67.7%和71.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对胫骨平台骨折患者采用系统有效的护理及康复措施有助于患者膝关节功能以及步行功能的恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of system nursing and rehabilitation measures for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture. MethodsFrom January 2015 to March 2016, 62 cases of patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, every group had of cases. The control group was treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation measures and the observation group with systemic nursing and rehabilitation measures. Compared two groups of patients with knee joint function and walking function. Results The excellent rate of knee joint function and walking function in the observation group were 90.3% and 93.6%, which were signiifcantly higherthan those of control group （67.7% and 71%） ,the difference was statistically signiifcant （P 〈 0.05）.ConclusionUsing effective nursing system and rehabilitation measures for the patients with tibial plateau fractures is helpful to the recovery of knee joint function and walking function.
