急诊输液室护理安全隐患原因及处理措施研究

Study on Causes and Treatment Measures of Nursing Safety Hidden Trouble in Emergency Transfusion Room

目的 研究急诊输液室护理安全隐患原因及处理措施。方法 选取我院急诊室输液患者120例,收取时间为2012年1月-2014年5月,并将急诊室输液患者分为两组,对急诊输液室护理安全隐患原因进行分析,对照组患者采用常规措施,观察组患者采用全方位措施。结果 观察组急诊室输液患者服务态度、护患沟通、护理专业技能、违规操作评分高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 分析急诊输液室护理安全隐患原因,然后实施全方位措施,能有效提高患者对护理人员各项评分。

Objective To study the causes and treatment measures of nursing safety bidden trouble in emergency transfusion room. Methods 120 cases of transfusion patients in our hospital emergency room, charging time is the period from January 2012 to May 2014, and the patients in emergency room infusion were divided into two groups, the causes of nursing safety hazard emergency transfusion room were analyzed, the control group was treated with conventional measures, the observation group were treated by comprehensive measures. Results In the observation group, the service attitude, nurse patient communication, nursing professional skills, and illegal operation scores were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The analysis of the reasons for the emergency transfusion room nursing safety hidden danger, and then implement the comprehensive measures, can effectively improve the patients＇ scores of nursing staff.
