临床护理路径在胃癌手术患者护理中的应用研究

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Nursing of Patients With Gastric Cancer Surgery

目的分析临床护理路径在胃癌手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的80例胃癌手术患者作为本次研究对象,对80例患者实施随机分组。对照组40例患者实施常规护理,实验组40例患者实施临床护理路径,比较两组胃癌手术患者的住院时间、置管时间、肛门通气时间及满意度。结果实验组40例患者的满意度为95.00%,高于对照组(77.50%);且实验组胃癌手术患者的住院时间、置管时间、肛门通气时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论对胃癌手术患者采取临床护理路径具有显著的临床效果。

Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients with gastric cancer.Methods 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital were selected as the target of this study, and 80 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group. The control group of 40 patients with routine care, the experimental group of 40 patients in the implementation of clinical nursing path, compared the two groups of patients with gastric cancer surgery patients in hospital stay, time, anal ventilation time and satisfaction.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group 40 cases of patients was 95%, signiifcantly higher than the control group （77.50%）, and the experimental group of patients with gastric cancer hospitalization time, catheterization time, anal ventilation time was signiifcantly shorter than the control group,P 〈 0.05.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway for patients with gastric cancer surgery has signiifcant clinical effect.
