摘要
目的 对优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果进行研究分析。方法 选取我院2015年3月-2016年3月收治的70例老年性脑梗死患者作为本次研究对象。所有患者均采用动态随机化分法,分为研究组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者给予优质护理服务,观察对比两组老年性脑梗死患者生活质量评分状况。结果 结果得知,研究组护理后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活等评分均高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论 对老年性脑梗死患者采用优质护理服务的效果显著,能有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing service in nursing care of senile patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 35 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were divided into study group and control group, 70 cases were divided into study group and control group in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the other group were given high quality nursing service （study group）.Results The scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing care can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
