摘要
传统神经阻滞教学方法存在教学与实践严重脱钩的现象,导致学以致用的培养目标成为"纸上谈兵";针对神经阻滞操作的关键技术——定位、穿刺,通过改进神经阻滞教学中对体表解剖知识的介绍,使学生准确熟练的识别体表穿刺靶点;并结合数字化虚拟人技术的应用,使学生在脑海中形成三维立体解剖结构,从而熟练掌握操作技术。将两者有机结合可以简单有效的帮助初学者掌握神经阻滞方法。
The traditional nerve block teaching method has serious decoupling with teaching and practice, leading to teaching training objectives to apply their knowledge to be an armchair strategist, nerve block for the operation of key technologies: positioning, puncture by improving nerve block teaching introduction of surface anatomy knowledge to enable students to accurately identify the skilled puncture target surface, and combined application of digital virtual human technology, enable students to form a three-dimensional anatomical structure in the mind, so to grasp the depth and direction of the needle. The combination of the two can be a simple and effective method to help beginners master the nerve block.
