摘要
文章应用一定的化学知识和原理,对医学院校本、专科临床医学等专业的生物化学教材中,在稳定生物大分子空间构象的作用力(如氢键)、核酸分子中核苷酸的连接方式(磷酸酯键)、细胞内外液电解质的总量(粒子的浓度和电荷浓度)及渗透压等方面的几个主要化学问题进行了分析和讨论。
The article applies chemistry knowledge to analyze and discuss some questions existing in biochemistry teaching material of clinical medicine and other professional of undergraduate and junior college in medical colleges. Such as stable biological macromolecular space conformation of reaction ( hydrogen bonding), the connecting way of nucleotides in a nucleic acid molecule(such as phosphate ester bond) and the total number of cells inside and outside liquid electrolytes (the concentration of particles and the concentration of the chargein solution ) and osmotic pressure, etc.
