标识化管理对临床医疗废物管理的实施效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Identification Management in the Management of Clinical Medical Wastes

目的：探讨标识化管理对临床医疗废物管理的实施效果。方法2015年1～12月，我院实行了医疗废物标识化管理，在标识化管理前（2014年1～12月）、标识化管理后（2015年1～12月）分别随机抽选300件医疗废物作为研究对象，比较实施标识化管理前后的医疗废物管理效果。结果标识化管理后的医疗废物分类、存放用具与垃圾袋、医疗废物和生活垃圾分类不合格率均低于标识化管理前，差异均具有统计学意义（均P＜0.01）。结论标识化管理用于临床医疗废物管理的效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of identiifcation management in the management of clinical medical wastes.Methods From January to December of 2015, the identification management was carried out for medical wastes in our hospital. 300 medical waste were randomly selected before identification management （January to December 2014） and after identification management （January to December 2015） as the object of study, the management effect before and after the implementation of management was compared.Results The disqualification rate of classification of medical waste, storage appliance and garbage bag, the classification of medical waste and domestic waste were lower after the management, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. ConclusionThe results of identiifcation management for clinical medical waste management are signiifcant.
