女性盆腔肿瘤诊断中肿瘤标记物的应用

Application of Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Female Pelvic Tumors

目的：探讨女性盆腔肿瘤诊断中肿瘤标记物的应用。方法选取我院2011年1月～2015年12月收治的卵巢手术患者284例，选取同期收治的子宫疾病患者205例，同期的67例健康人作为对照组，全部对象都使用化学发光及酶联免疫吸附方法分析血清CA125与HE4浓度，对结果进行对比分析。结果卵巢良性病变组患者与卵巢恶性病变组患者CA125、HE4水平对比差异有统计学意义，P ＜0.05，子宫良性病变组患者与子宫恶性病变组患者CA125、HE4水平对比差异有统计学意义，P ＜0.05，四组患者CA125、HE4水平与对照组相比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 CA125、HE4指标可提高宫腔肿瘤诊断价值。

Objective To explore the application of tumor markers in the diagnosis of female pelvic tumors.Methods 284 patients who conducted ovary operation in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were randomly selected. 205 cases of uterine diseases and 67 healthy volunteers in the same period were selected. 67 healthy volunteers were taken as the control group. The CA125 and HE4 concentrations in serum of all objects were analyzed by chemiluminescence immunoassay （CLIA） and activing peptide. The results were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe level of CA125 and HE4 in patients with benign ovarian lesions and those in patients with malignant lesions were signiifcantly different （P〈0.05）. The level of CA125 and HE4 in patients with benign uterine disease and those in patients with uterine malignant disease were signiifcantly different （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the levels of CA125 and HE4 were significantly different between the four groups （P〈0.05）.ConclusionCA125 and HE4 index can improve the diagnostic value of uterine tumors.
