彩色多普勒超声诊断腘窝囊肿的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Popliteal Cyst

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）诊断腘窝囊肿的临床应用价值。方法以CDFI对2015年1月～2016年7月我院收治的50例腘窝囊肿患者进行扫描，分析血流声像图显像特征，观察CDFI诊断准确率。结果50例患者共计腘窝囊肿55个，CDFI扫描结果显示腘窝囊肿49例，囊肿54个，诊断准确率98.18%。与病理诊断结果（100%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论彩色多普勒超声在腘窝囊肿的临床诊断中具备高特异性，能够为临床治疗提供可靠信息。

Objective To investigate the effect of color Doppler ultrasound （CDFI） in the diagnosis of popliteal cyst.Methods From January 2015 to July 2016, 50 cases of popliteal cyst patients in our hospital underwent scanning, imaging characteristics of blood flow imaging and CDFI diagnostic accuracy rate were analysed.Results 50 patients had 55 cases of popliteal cyst, CDFI scan showed 49 cases of popliteal cyst, 54 cysts, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 98.18%. Compared with the results of pathological diagnosis （100%）, the difference was not statistically signiifcant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a high specificity in the clinical diagnosis of popliteal cyst, which is able to provide reliable information for clinical treatment.
