Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Open Reduction and Internal Fixation for Displaced Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures

目的 研究移位关节内跟骨骨折切开复位内固定治疗过程中存在的影响因素,根据常见问题,提出合理的解决对策和预防方法。方法随机选取某院2011年2月~2016年6月收治的32例移位关节内跟骨骨折患者,给予切开复位内固定治疗,根据临床病案资料,判断相关疾病影响因素。结果 切开复位内固定对移位关节内跟骨骨折患者的治疗较为有效,但过程中容易出现不良反应和合并症,产生情况与患者疾病情况、手术治疗时间、其他影响因素等构成。结论 切开复位内固定治疗操作技术在发展中,随着经验与操作能力的不断完善,可以有效优化、完善移位关节内跟骨骨折疾病,但需要尤为注意相关影响因素的观察与预防工作。

Objective To study the influencing factors of open reduction and internal fixation for treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures, and to put tbrward reasonable countermeasures and preventive measures according to thc common problems. Methods 32 cases of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures treated in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2016 were randomly selected and treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The influencing factors were analysed. Results The treatment of open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures was effect, but the adverse reactions and complications arised in the process of production, and they were related with the state of the illness, surgery time and other factors. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation operation technology is in development, with the improvement of experience and skills, it can effectively optimize and improve the displaced intraarticular calcaneal fracture disease, but need to pay attention to observation and prevention work, especially the related influencing factor.
