口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Orthodontic Treatment of Impacted Maxillary Anterior Teeth

目的：分析口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床疗效。方法研究对象选取本院2013年7月～2015年6月收治的42例上前牙阻生患者，通过电脑随机的方式将其分为研究组与对照组各21例。对照组患者使用外科导萌手术进行治疗，研究组患者在此基础上配合口腔正畸治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察对比。结果研究组患者的临床有效率为95.24%，高于对照组的66.67%，对比组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后牙龈炎症、咬合关系紊乱等口腔异常现象的发生率更低，对比对照组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生能够较好的促进前牙萌出，且口腔异常发生率低。

Objective To analysis the clinical curative effect of orthodontics treatment for maxillary teeth.Methods 42 patients with forward maxillary teeth in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 were chosen as the research object, they were divided into research group and control group through computer random method （n=21）. Patients in control group were treated with surgical guide treatment, patients in research group were treated with orthodontics treatment on the basis above. The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients were observed.Results Patient＇s clinical effective rate in research group was 95.24%, signiifcantly higher than that of control group, which was 66.67%, the differences was signiifcantly （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the incidence of gum inlfammation, occlusal disorders and dental anomalies were lower in research group, there was significant difference compared to control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The oral cavity maxillary orthodontic treatment to teeth can better promote the front teeth eruption, and has lower incidence of abnormal oral.
