腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢囊肿的治疗价值分析

Value Analysis of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Resection in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿患者的临床效果。方法抽选卵巢囊肿患者76例随机分为两组,分别给予传统开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术(对照组38例)以及腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术(观察组38例),评估两组患者在手术时间等多项手术指标上的差异。结果观察组患者手术持续时间(40.3±5.5)min、术中出血量(45.6±10.3)ml、术后肛门排气时间(1.4±0.2)d、住院时间(4.2±1.5)d、住院费用(5.1±0.3)千元;对照组患者依次为(63.4±10.7)min、(72.2±13.0)ml、(2.1±0.3)d、(6.7±2.2)d、(4.1±0.3)千元。上述指标对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未有异常不良反应症状,无明显月经异常改变、围绝经期综合征等症状出现。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿效果极好,患者手术指标优化。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods 76 patients with decimation ovarian cyst were randomly divided into two groups and were given traditional laparotomy ovarian cyst removal operation （control group, 38 cases） and laparoscopic ovarian cyst divesting surgery （observation group, 38 cases） , differences in operation time, and so on a number of indications for surgery patients in the two groups were evaluated.Results In Patients of the observed group, surgery duration time was （40.3±5.5） min, intraoperative blood loss was （45.6±10.3） ml, postoperative anal exhaust time was （1.4±0.2） d, the length of hospital stay time was （4.2±1.5） d, hospitalization cost was （5.1±0.3） thousands yuan; in control group were as follows（63.4±10.7）min, （72.2±13.0） ml, （2.1±0.3）d, （6.7±2.2） d, （4.1±0.3） thousands yuan. There were signiifcant differences in the above indexes （P〈0.05） . The two groups of patients after treatment had not abnormal adverse reaction symptoms, no abnormal menstruation, menopause syndrome and other symptoms appear.Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts is excellent, surgical indicators in patients optimize signiifcantly.
