老年退变性肩袖损伤的肩关节镜治疗体会

Experience of Shoulder Arthroscopy in Treatment of Senile Degenerative Rotator Cuff Injury

目的：总结肩关节镜方案应用于老年退变性肩袖损伤患者中的疗效。方法随机选取60例于2014年1月～2016年2月因出现退变性肩袖损伤进入我院治疗的老年患者，选择肩关节镜方案予以治疗，并观察其治疗效果。结果行肩关节镜方案并予以随访后，发现患者UCLA功能评分从术前（11.37±2.71）分升至（33.75±2.58）分（P＜0.05）。结论临床治疗老年退变性肩袖损伤患者时，选择肩关节镜方案效果显著，有助于改善患者UCLA功能评分。

Objective To summarize the curative effect of arthroscopic shoulder scheme applied to elderly patients with degenerative rotator cuff injury.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients who came to our hospital for treatment due to degenerative rotator cuff injury were randomly selected from January 2014 to February 2016, arthroscopic shoulder solution treatment were conducted, and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results After arthroscopic shoulder scheme and follow-up, UCLA function score in patients was up to （32.75±2.58） from （11.37±2.71） points preoperatively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with degenerative rotator cuff injury, the effect of arthroscopic shoulder is remarkable, it is help to improve the function of patients with UCLA score.
