闭合(或有限切开)复位交锁髓内钉固定对胫骨骨折的影响

Effect of Closed Reduction(or Limited Open) and Interlocking Intramedullary Nail Fixation on Tibial Fractures

目的观察闭合(或有限切开)复位交锁髓内钉固定对胫骨骨折的影响。方法将68例胫骨骨折患者分成两组,观察组采用闭合(或有限切开)复位交锁髓内钉固定,对照组切开复位钢板内固定,比较两组的优良率、手术时间、出血量、愈合时间及并发症。结果观察组手术时间、出血量、愈合时间、并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论闭合(或有限切开)复位交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折安全、疗效明显。

Objective To observe the effect of closed reduction （or limited open）and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation on tibial fractures. Methods 68 cases of tibial fractures were divided into two groups, the observation group was treated with closed reduction （or limited open）and interlocking intramedullary nail ifxation, and the control group was treated with open reduction and ordinary steel plate internal ifxation, excellent rate, operation time, amount of bleeding, wound healing time and complication were compared.ResultsThe operation time, amount of bleeding, healing time and complications of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The good rate had no statistical signiifcance between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial fractures is safe and curative effect is obvious.
