缩宫素联合无痛分娩在缩短产程中的效果分析

Effect of Oxytocin Combined With Painless Childbirth in Shortening Labor

目的观察缩宫素联合无痛分娩在缩短产程中的效果。方法选择我院收治的150例无痛分娩产妇作为研究对象,随机将所有患者分为两组,其中对照组75例、观察组75例。对对照组进行无痛分娩,对观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加上缩宫素,比较两组患者的第一、第二、第三产程时间和产后2 h出血量等。结果观察组产妇第一、第二、第三产程时间均低于对照组,比较差异均具有用统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后2 h出血量低于对照组,比较差异具有用统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用缩宫素联合无痛分娩在缩短产程虽然不会改变分娩结局,但可以降低产后2 h出血量,具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of oxytocin combined with painless childbirth in shortening birth process. Methods 150 cases of painless childbirth in our hospital were taken as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group （75 cases） and observation group （75 cases）. The control group were given painless childbirth, the observation group were added oxytocin, the ifrst, the second and the third labor time and postpartum bleeding in two groups were compared.Results In the observation group, the ifrst, the second and the third labor time were lower than that of the control group, the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, postpartum hemorrhage volume in observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of oxytocin and painless childbirth can short birth process although it can not change the outcome of childbirth, but can reduce postpartum hemorrhage volume, with good clinical curative effect.
