腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除联合亮丙瑞林的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Ovarian Chocolate Cyst Removal Combined With Leuprorelin

目的 探究腹腔镜下剥除联合亮丙瑞林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床效果。方法 选择我院2013年1月-2015年8月收治的60例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,分别在术后3个月、6个月和1年后复查,观察患者囊肿的复发情况及痛经缓解情况。结果 观察组患者术后3个月后复发率为3.33%、6个月复发率为6.67%、1年后复发率为6.67%、观察组患者各阶段囊肿复发率均低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者术后3个月、6个月、1年后经期疼痛评分低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论 腹腔镜下剥除联合亮丙瑞林治疗有效减少囊肿复发,缓解患者痛经、慢性盆腔痛等症状。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst removal combined with leuprorelin. Methods 60 cases of patients with ovarian cysts admitted in our hospital during January 2013-August 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to the different methods of treatment, after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year they were respectively review, and the patient＇s cyst recurrence and remission of dysmenorrhea were observed. Results The recurrence rate in patients in the observation group three months after was 3.33%, 6 months, the recurrence rate was 6.67%, 1 year recurrence rate was 6.67%, various stages of cyst recurrence in observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance; menstrual pain scores in patients in observation group after 3 months, 6 months, 1 year after were significantly lower than the control group patients （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst removal combined with leuprorelin is effective in reducing the recurrence of cysts, relieve dysmenorrhea patients, chronic pelvic pain and other symptoms.
