奥拉西坦联合奥扎格雷治疗脑梗死的临床效果观察

The Clinical Curative Effect of Oxiracetam Combined With Ozagrel on Cerebral Infarction

目的：研究奥拉西坦联合奥扎格雷对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法选择2014年1月～2015年12月我院收治的脑梗死患者45例，随机分为两组，对照组给予奥扎格雷，观察组给予奥拉西坦联合奥扎格雷，观察两组的治疗效果。结果对照组显著进步3例，进步13例，无变化4例，恶化1例，有效率为72.73%；观察组显著进步7例，进步15例，无变化1例，恶化0例，有效率为95.65%；观察组的有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论奥拉西坦联合奥扎格雷对脑梗死的治疗效果良好。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of oxiracetam combined with ozagrel on cerebral infarction. Methods45 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given ozagrel, observation group was given oxiracetam combined with ozagrel. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results In control group, 3 cases of signiifcant progress, progress in 13 cases, no change in 4 cases, deteriorated in 2 cases, the effective rate was 72.73%. In observation group, 7 cases of signiifcant progress, progress in 15 cases, no change in 1 case, 0 case deteriorated, the effective rate was 95.65%. The effective rate of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of oxiracetam combined with ozagrel on cerebral infarction is signiifcant.
