天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压眩晕的临床疗效观察

Research on the Clinical Curative Effect of Tianmagouteng Decoction in Treatment of Hypertension Dizziness

目的：研究天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压眩晕的临床疗效。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年2月～2016年2月在我院进行治疗的高血压眩晕患者60例,简单随机分为两组，30例/组。对照组实施硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。对比两组高血压眩晕患者的临床疗效和治疗前后的血压变化。结果观察组高血压眩晕患者的临床总有效率和治疗后的血压水平均优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论在高血压眩晕患者的治疗中使用天麻钩藤饮的效果满意，可有效改善患者的血压水平和临床症状。

Objective To research the clinical effect of Tianmagouteng Decoction in treatment of hypertensive dizziness.Methods 60 cases of patients with hypertension in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets for treatment, observation group were treated with Tianmagouteng Decoction for treatment. The clinical efficacy and blood pressure changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients with hypertension dizziness.Results The total effective rate and blood pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of Tianmagouteng decoction in the treatment of patients with hypertensive dizziness has good effect.
