摘要
目的：观察跟腱断裂术后的综合康复疗效。方法对2009年12月～2015年12月19例跟腱断裂术后石膏固定8周病例进行分析，康复后均进行Arner-Lindholm评定。结果跟腱断裂术后8周予以康复后踝关节活动度、肌力、肌肉萎缩情况较治疗前明显改善。结论综合康复能有效改善跟腱断裂术后8周患肢功能，提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of comprehensive rehabilitation after the rupture of achilles tendon.Methods 19 cases of postoperative plaster immobilization in 8 weeks of achilles tendon rupture from December 2009 to December 2015 were analyzed. The patients were evaluated with Arner—Lindholm after rehabilitation.ResultsAfter 8 weeks of operation, the degree of activity, muscle strength and muscle atrophy of the patients after rehabilitation were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.ConclusionComprehensive rehabilitation can effectively improve the limb function and improve the quality of life after 8 weeks of the rupture of the achilles tendon.
