COPD患者长期家庭氧疗普及度的现状分析研究

Analysis of the Popularity of Long-term Home Oxygen Therapy in COPD Patients

目的了解长期家庭氧疗(LTOT)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者之中的使用情况及影响其使用率的因素。方法采用问卷调查法。随机访问上海市某三级甲等医院COPD患者70例。结果在平均患病时间为(13.84±5.60)年的COPD患者中,家庭氧疗的知晓度为60%(42/70),使用率仅为25.8%(18/70)。结论家庭氧疗使用率低的主要原因包括对家庭氧疗的不了解以及经济方面的因素。医院需要针对不同年龄的患者开展健康教育,其中医务工作者的讲解为最有效的方式。另一方面,对于使用家庭氧疗患者来说,氧气来源以及经济是沉重的负担,需要更多的社会支持。

Objective To investigate the usage of long-term home oxygen therapy （LTOT） in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients and the factors that infect the usage of LTOT.Methods Using the questionnaire survey method, 70 COPD patients in a Shanghai hospital were investigated randomly.Results Awareness of home oxygen therapy was 60% （42/70） and the utilization rate was only 25.8% （18/70） among these COPD patients whose average disease duration was about （13.84±5.60） years.Conclusion The main factors include lacking of understanding and economic aspects of home oxygen therapy. Doctors and nurses need to give more health education for patients of different ages. On the other hand, the source and the cost of oxygen for the use of home oxygen therapy patient is a heavy burden. They need more social support.
