乳岩术后患者中西医综合护理研究

The Combination Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Patients With Mammary Cancer After Operation

乳岩在西医学科中被称为"乳腺癌",在早期的中医学中叫做"(乳)石痈"[1]。乳岩是当今女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,据统计乳岩位于女性肿瘤发病率的首位,严重威胁着女性的健康。乳岩的治疗往往采取西医手术、放疗、化疗的方法,不仅给患者带来身体上的不适,更对患者的精神产生严重打击,所以术后的护理显得尤为重要。通过临床观察发现,中西医结合护理相比较任何一种单纯的护理都更为有效的缓解术后各种不适。所以,本文就乳岩患者术后接受中西医结合护理的方法进行了研究。

Mammary cancer is known as breast carcinoma in western medicine. In the early stage of Chinese Medicine, it was called oncoma[1]. Mammary cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women today. According to statistics, mammary cancer is the ifrst place in female cancer incidence and is a serious threat to women＇s health. The treatment of mammary cancer often includes surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Not only bring the patients physical discomfort, but also a serious blow spirit. So the postoperative care is particularly important. It has been found that compared with the traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, any kind of simple nursing is more effective to relieve postoperative discomfort. Therefore, in this paper, the method of nursing care of patients with breast rock after accepting the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is introduced.
