慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑状态的护理干预效果观察

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Anxiety State of Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

目的：探析慢性心力衰竭患者应用护理干预对焦虑状态的影响。方法选择2015年3月～2016年3月我院收治的64例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，根据计算机数表法分为对照组与观察组，各32例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予护理干预，观察对比两组患者的焦虑状态。结果护理后，两组患者的焦虑状态均减轻，且观察组患者优于对照组患者，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者施行护理干预的效果较好，能够有效减轻患者的焦虑状态。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety state in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 64 cases of chronic heart failure patients from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital as the research object, according to the computer number table method were divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group. The observation group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given nursing intervention, the anxiety state of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing, the anxiety state in patients were relieved, and the observation group was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic heart failure is better, can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients.
