摘要
目的剖析妊娠期糖尿病围产期应用预见性护理的价值。方法将94例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇随机均分成研究组、对照组,研究组予以预见性护理,对照组予以常规护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组并发症发生率与血糖控制效果优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在妊娠期糖尿病围产期中合理运用预见性护理,可减少并发症,提高血糖控制效果。
Objective To analyze the value of predictive nursing in perinatal gestational diabetes. Methods 94 cases of gestational diabetes women were divided into study group and control group, study group was given predictive nursing, control was given routine nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Complication rate and blood sugar control effect were obviously better in study group than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The predictive nursing applied in perinatal gestational diabetes can reduce the complications, improve the effect of blood glucose control.
