优质护理在老年住院患者静脉治疗护理技术操作中的应用效果观察

The Application of High Quality Nursing Care in Elderly Hospitalized Patients During Vein Technical Operation

目的：观察优质护理在老年住院患者静脉治疗护理技术操作中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月～2016年5月我院收治的150例静脉治疗的老年住院患者作为研究对象，按照数字法分为对照组（n=75，行常规护理）和研究组（n=75，行优质护理），比较两组健康知识掌握合格率和治疗配合率。结果研究组的健康知识掌握合格率与治疗配合率均高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在老年住院患者静脉治疗护理技术操作中，应用优质护理对提高患者健康知识掌握率和治疗依从性具有重要意义，有利于增进医患和谐关系。

Objective To observe the quality of nursing care in elderly hospitalized patients during vein technology operation.Methods150 cases of hospitalized elderly patients who received vein treatment in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were taken as the research object, and they were divided into control group （n=75, routine nursing） and research group （n=75, line quality care） according to the digital method, health knowledge mastering qualiifed rate and treatment compliance in two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of health knowledge mastering and the rate of cooperate with treatment in research group were signiifcantly higher than that of control group, there was significant statistical difference （P〈0.05） .Conclusion For elderly hospitalized patients treated with venous treatment, the application of high quality care in nursing technical operation can improve patients＇ health knowledge rate and therapeutic apparatus is of great significance, it is beneifcial to promote the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
