人性化护理用于门诊子宫输卵管造影术患者护理中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Humanized Nursing Care for Patients With Outpatient Uterine Tube Radiography

目的：观察分析人性化护理用于门诊子宫输卵管造影术患者护理中的临床效果，旨在为临床有效护理提供参考依据。方法选取本门诊2014年3月～2015年12月收治的子宫输卵管造影术患者80例，随机分为对照组和实验组（各40例），对照组行常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上行人性化护理。对两组患者护理后的效果进行分析对比。结果实验组患者术中疼痛的程度轻于对照组，P＜0.05，比较差异有统计学意义；实验组患者不良反应的发生率为10%，对照组为30%，P＜0.05。结论在临床护理中，对子宫输卵管造影术患者实施人性化护理不仅能有效减轻患者术中的疼痛度，还可降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of humanistic nursing care for patients with outpatient uterine tube radiography, in order to provide reference for clinical effective nursing. Methods 80 patients who received outpatient uterine tube radiography from March 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group （40 cases in each group）, the control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group received humanistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The effect of nursing care in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The degree of pain in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10%, and the control group was 30%,P〈0.05. Conclusion In clinical nursing, the implementation of humane care for patients with uterine tubal radiography can not only effectively reduce the degree of pain, but also can reduce the incidence of complications.
