摘要
目的：分析护理干预对冠脉CTA的影响。方法将我院收治的60例行冠脉CTA检查的患者作为研究对象（患者的收治时间为2013年12月～2015年12月），随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组实施常规护理，实验组实施全面护理。结果实验组的检查成功率为96.67%，并发症发生率为3.33%，均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论给予冠脉CTA检查患者全面护理可确保患者的检查成功率，减少并发症。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on coronary CTA.Methods60 cases of coronary CTA examination of patients were chosen as the research object （patients treated from December 2013 to December 2015） in our hospital, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group received the routine nursing, the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. Results The examination success rate of the experimental group was 96.67%, and the complication rate was 3.33%, which were better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall care of patients with coronary CTA examination can ensure the patient＇s success rate and reduce the complications.
