心理护理在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用探究

The Application of Psychological Nursing in Patients With Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的探讨心理护理在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用。方法选取我院收治的宫颈癌患者71例作为研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组35例和观察组36例,对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施心理护理,观察对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分、各项生活质量指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在宫颈癌手术患者中有应用价值。

Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 71 cases of cervical cancer patients were selected as the research object in our hospital and divided into control group of 35 cases and observation group of 36 cases according to the nursing mode, the control group was giben routine nursing care, observation group was given psychological nursing, the nursing effect of two groups was observed and compared.ResultsCare SAS score, SDS score, the quality of life indicators in observation group after nursing were better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with cervical cancer is necessary and valuable.
