实施手术室安全管理规章制度在减少护理不良事件中的应用

Application of Safety Management Rules and Regulations in the Operation Room in Reducing the Adverse Events of Nursing

目的：探究手术室安全管理制度在减少护理不良事件中的应用。方法选择我院2014年1月～2016年5月96例接受手术治疗的患者，根据手术护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组，比较两组患者手术护理不良事件发生情况及对医院的满意度。结果对照组患者手术护理不良事件发生率为20.83%，观察组为1.04%（P＜0.05）；两组患者在医院满意度上的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手术室安全管理规章制度可提高护理人员的专业技能和知识水平，规范手术室护理操作，减少护理不良事件的发生，改善医患关系，提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of safety management system in the operation room in reducing the adverse events of nursing. Methods 96 cases of patients underwent surgical treatment were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, surgical nursing adverse events and hospital satisfaction in two groups were compared.ResultsThe nursing adverse events occurred in 20.83% in patients of control group, the observation group was 1.04%, the incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, there were significant differences in hospital satisfaction in two groups （P〈0.05）.ConclusionApplication of operation room safety management regulations effectively improve the nurses＇ professional skills and knowledge level, standardized operation room nursing operation, reduce nursing adverse events, improve the doctor-patient relationship, improve patients’ satisfaction.
