总结胃出血患者的围术期护理方法

Perioperative Nursing Care for Patients With Gastric Bleeding

目的：探讨胃出血患者的围术期护理方法和效果。方法对我院胃肠科2015年1～12月收治50例胃出血患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾分析，所有患者均接受系统的围术期护理，比较患者不同时点临床症状发生情况。结果患者临床护理前症状发生率为78%（39/50），临床护理后症状发生率降低为0%（0/50），临床护理前后临床症状发生率对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胃出血患者在常规手术治疗的基础上接受系统围术期护理，有助于其症状的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing of patients with stomach bleeding.Methods 50 cases of gastric bleeding in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed from January to December 2015 in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital. All patients were given systematic perioperative nursing, clinical symptoms at different time points were comparative analysed.Results The incidence of clinical nursing before clinical symptoms was 78% （39/50）, the incidence of clinical nursing was reduced to 0% （0/50） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative care for patients with gastric bleeding on the basis of conventional surgical treatment, can contribute to the improvement of their symptoms.
