标准化急救护理在急诊危重症患者抢救中的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Standardized Emergency Nursing in Emergency Treatment of Critically Ill Patients

目的探讨标准化急救护理在急诊危重症患者抢救中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的100例急诊危重症患者,随机分成对照组与观察组各50例,对照组患者在抢救中实施常规急救护理,观察组患者在抢救中实施标准化急救护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果对照组的抢救成功率、死亡率以及护理满意度分别为87.0%、13.0%、87.0%,观察组的抢救成功率、死亡率以及护理满意度分别为98.0%、2.0%、98.0%,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化急救护理在急诊危重症患者抢救中的应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized emergency nursing in the emergency treatment of critically ill patients in emergency department. Methods 100 cases of critically ill patients in emergency patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, patients in the control group were given routine emergency nursing, patients in the observation group were given standardized emergency nursing, effect in two groups of nursing were compared. Results The success rate of rescue, mortality and nursing satisfaction in control group were 87.0%, 13.0%, 87.0%, in the observation were 98.0%, 2.0%, 98.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standardized emergency care in emergency treatment of critically ill patients has significant effect.
