摘要
目的探讨不同干燥方法在呼吸机管路消毒中的应用效果。方法将本院消毒后的呼吸机管路根据能否耐受高温进行分组,其中可耐受高温者采用烘干箱烘干(烘干组),而无法耐受高温者再进一步分别采用自然晾干法(晾干组)与95%酒精冲洗法(冲洗组)。3组消毒后、1周、2周、3周、4周、5周时均采样并进行细菌学检测,观察记录样本阳性率、消毒不合格率、干燥季节与潮湿季节检测结果并进行组间统计学分析。结果消毒后、1周、2周、3周、4周时,组间样本检验阳性率与消毒不合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但消毒后5周时烘干组样本检验阳性率与消毒不合格率均显著低于另2组(P<0.05),而冲洗组也显著低于晾干组(P<0.05);无法耐受高温的2组在潮湿季节与干燥季节检验样本阳性率与不合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但冲洗组稍低。结论呼吸机管路消毒采用烘干箱烘干,不受季节影响,保存时间可长达5周,而自然晾干法与95%酒精冲洗法干燥后5周时有不同程度样本阳性与消毒不合格情况,故建议呼吸机管路消毒后实施烘干箱烘干处理。
Objective To explore the effect of different drying methods used in disinfection of ventilator pipe line. Methods Disinfection ventilator line in our hospital were divided into two groups according to its ability to withstand high temperature,in which patients being tolerant to high temperature taking drying box drying were in drying group,bearing high temperature patients were further divided into two groups,including natural air drying method( dry group) and 95% alcohol irrigation method( flush group). After disinfection of three groups,the samplings were detected at1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks,5 weeks,and bacteriological examination,records samples,positive rate of disinfection qualified rate,and the dry season and wet season test resultswere analyzed. Results After disinfection,positive rate and the unqualified rate of sterilization at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks had no significant difference( P 〉 0. 05),but drying samples test showed they were significantly lower at 5 weeks after disinfection than those in the other two groups( P 〈0. 05),and the flushing group was significantly lower than that of dry group( P 〈 0. 05); And unable to withstand high temperature two groups showed that sample test positive rate and qualified rate in wet season and dry season had no significant difference( P 〉 0. 05),but rinse group was slightly low.Conclusion Drying ventilator pipeline disinfection is not affected by the seasons,it can conserve as long as 5 weeks,and natural air drying,dry and 95% alcohol washing drying method after 5 weeks have different degree of positive samples and disqualification of disinfection. Therefore,it is proposed that disinfection of ventilator pipes apply drying method in a drying box.
