三叉神经痛患者行显微外科微血管减压术治疗的临床效果及护理配合

Clinical effect of microvascular decompression in the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia and its nursing

目的研究三叉神经痛(TN)患者实施显微外科微血管减压术(MVD)治疗的临床效果。方法选择102例原发性三叉神经痛患者,对其临床特征、术中情况以及术后治疗效果进行总结,同时分析手术的影响因素。结果实施神经减压治疗后,完全减压92例,不完全减压10例。随访后,治愈82例,显效16例,无效4例。结论原发性三叉神经痛患者应用显微外科血管减压术治疗的效果理想,患者预后效果良好。术中应密切配合护理措施,全程医护结合,确保充分减压,提升手术治疗效果。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of microvascular decompression（ MVD）in the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia（ TN） and its nursing. Methods Clinical features,intraoperative conditions and postoperative treatment of 102 primary trigeminal neuralgia patients treated in our hospital were summarized,and the factors that might influence the surgical outcome were analyzed. Results After nerve decompression treatment,the number of patients with complete decompression was 92 cases,incomplete decompression was 10 cases. After follow up,82 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,and 4 cases were ineffective. Conclusion Effect of microsurgical vascular decompression for patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia is obvious,and patients with trigeminal neuralgia should be given early diagnosis and treatment,and entire health care to ensure adequate decompression and to improve surgical outcomes.
