两种膀胱冲洗液预防膀胱造瘘患者尿路感染的效果研究

Effect of two bladder flushing fluid on prevention of urinary tract infection of bladder fistula patients

目的探讨优可适与碘伏膀胱冲洗液预防膀胱造瘘患者尿路感染的效果。方法选取本院泌尿外科长期留置膀胱造瘘管的尿道疾病患者92例,前6个月入院患者使用优可适溶液冲洗膀胱(优可适组),后6个月入院患者使用碘伏溶液冲洗膀胱(碘伏组),比较2组患者的白细胞计数、尿液p H值及细菌阳性率。结果膀胱冲洗后第3、7、10天,2组患者的白细胞计数、细菌阳性率均有所增加,且优可适组增长趋势更为缓慢,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的尿液p H值略有升高,组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论优可适膀胱冲洗液在预防膀胱造瘘患者尿路感染方面具有明显优势,能够有效抑制细菌滋生,降低细菌感染风险。

Objective To investigate effect of two bladder flushing fluid on prevention of urinary tract infection of bladder fistula patients. Methods A total of 92 patients with long-term indwelling bladder fistula tube were randomized into benzalkonium chloride solution group including patients admitting the first half one year and iodophor group including patients admitting six months before admission according to the order of admission,and received benzalkonium chloride and iodophor to flush bladder,respectively. White blood cell count,urine p H value and positive rate of bacteria were compared. Results White blood cell count,and bacteria positive rate of two groups were increased in both groups on the 3rdd,7thd,and 10 thd after flush patients,but the benzalkonium chloride group increased slowly,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Although urine p H increased slightly in two groups,difference between the groups was not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Benzalkonium chloride bladder flushing fluid has obvious advantages in the prevention of urinary tract infections in patients with colostomy. It can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria,and reduce the risk of bacterial infection.
