钬激光碎石取石术治疗泌尿系结石患者的围术期护理及其对生活质量的影响分析

Influence of perioperative nursing in improving quality of life for the urinary calculi patients treated by holmium laser lithotripsy

目的分析钬激光碎石取石术治疗泌尿系结石患者的围术期护理及其对生活质量的影响。方法根据不同护理方法将接受钬激光碎石取石术治疗泌尿系结石88例患者分为对照组和观察组,各44例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组予围术期护理,对比分析2组患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对钬激光碎石取石术治疗泌尿系结石患者予围术期护理干预,明显改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss influence of perioperative nursing in improving quality of life for the urinary calculi patients treated by holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods A total of 88 urinary calculi patients used holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different methods of nursing,with 44 cases in each group.The control group used usual nursing and the observation group applied perioperative nursing method,quality of life of two groups was compared. Results Quality of life in the observation group was obviously higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing for urinary calculi patients treated by holmium laser lithotripsy can obviously improve quality of life of the patients,so it is of great value for application.
