孟鲁斯特对支气管哮喘患者趋化因子的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究及探讨孟鲁斯特对支气管哮喘患者趋化因子的影响情况。方法将本院于2014年7月至2015年11月期间收治的66例支气管哮喘患者选为研究对象,并将66例患者随机分为两组。对照组的33例患者按照常规的支气管哮喘治疗方案进行治疗,观察组的33例患者则在对照组的治疗基础上加用孟鲁斯特,然后将两组患者治疗前与治疗后的趋化因子血清水平进行检测。结果治疗前两组患者的趋化因子血清水平均无明显差异,P均>0.05,而治疗后观察组的趋化因子血清水平均低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论孟鲁斯特对支气管哮喘患者趋化因子的改善作用明显,适用于支气管哮喘患者的治疗,具有较高的应用价值。
