13例妊娠子宫破裂患者的分析

摘要 目的探讨妊娠子宫破裂的病因及手术方式,减少其发病率。方法对我院2009年1月至2015年11月既往8年内在我院诊断为妊娠子宫破裂患者13例临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨其临床病因、手术方式及预防措施。结果 13例孕妇无一例孕妇死亡,胎儿宫内死亡4例,新生儿重度窒息1例。13例病例均行剖宫探查术,术中根据破裂口大小、位置、有无严重并发症,有10例行子宫修补术,2例行子宫切除术。结论妊娠子宫破裂多与既往子宫有手术史有关,减少瘢痕子宫,降低剖宫产术,可以减少再次妊娠子宫破裂的风险。子宫修补术对于没有严重并发症的患者是可行的,术后出现严重感染的可能性较小。此外加强妊娠合并子宫瘢痕的妊娠期检查,分娩前正确评估,采用合适的引产方法,可以减少妊娠子宫破裂的发生。
