摘要 目的分析磁共振成像技术(MRI)在臂丛神经损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2013年3月至2016年7月收治的80例臂丛神经损伤患者设为观察组,选取同期臂丛神经检查志愿者80例设为对照组,两组均采用MRI扫描,并根据患者臂丛神经可能出现的多种损伤情况给予多层面、曲面和多角度的结构解剖式扫描,扫描结束后观察比较两组扫描检测结果,以及各部位神经结构显示情况。结果神经根撕裂率61.25%、神经根断裂或缺失率22.51%、神经干损伤比率51.25%;观察组臂丛神经各部位显示率均较对照组低,且STIR/long神经节、神经根显示率较DWIBS低(P<0.05)。结论 MRI技术可有效提高臂丛神经损伤患者检测准确率,具临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of brachial plexus injuries. Methods 80 cases of brachial plexus injury were selected from March 2013 to July 2016, 80 patients with brachial plexus injury were selected as the observation group, and the control group were selected as the control group, two groups were treated with MRI scans, and according to the multiple injury patients with bmchial plexus may occur given the structure of the multilayer surface, curved surface and multi angle scanning anatomy, compared two groups of scan detection results were observed after the end of the scan, and various parts of nerve structure. Results Nerve root avulsion rate 61.25%, nerve root broken or missing 22.51% rate, neural stem damage ratios 51.25%; observation group of brachial plexus in different parts of the display rate were lower than those in the control group, and STIR/long ganglion, nerve root display rate than DWlBS low (P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI technology can effectively improve the detection accuracy of brachial plexus injury patients, with clinical application value.
