A型肉毒素注射治疗面部皱纹的临床应用

Clinical Application of Botulinum Toxin Type a Injection in the Treatment of Facial Wrinkles

目的探讨A型肉毒素注射治疗面部皱纹的临床效果。方法 2010年1月至2015年12月选择于我院治疗的110例面部动力性皱纹患者为研究对象,分别应用基因除皱肽疗法(对照组50例)与A型肉毒素注射治疗(研究组60例)。结果研究组的总有效率为96.67%,并发症发生率为6.67%,与对照组比较形成显著差异(P<0.05)。结论与基因除皱肽疗法比较,面部皱纹患者应用A型肉毒素注射治疗可取得更为满意的疗效,临床应用价值高。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of botulinum toxin type a injection in the treatment of facial wrinkles. Methods 110 cases of patients with facial dynamic wrinkles in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were selected for this study and they respectively used genetic anti- wrinkle peptide therapy （Control group 50 cases） and botulinum toxin type A injection therapy （Study group 60 cases）. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, the incidence of complications was 6.67%, compared with control group there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with genetic anti-wrinkle peptide therapy, using botulinum toxin type a injection treatment for patients with facial wrinkles can achieve more satisfactory results, with high clinical value.
