伊托必利联合达吉对老年消化不良患者的治疗效果分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Itopride Combined with Daji for Elderly Patients with Dyspepsia

目的分析伊托必利联合达吉对老年消化不良患者的治疗效果。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月我院收治的94例老年消化不良患者,根据不同用药方式分为两组,单用伊托必利的为对照组,联合使用达吉的为实验组,对比两组治疗前后的临床症状评分、用药不良反应情况。结果用药治疗后,两组患者的临床症状评分均有所下降,且实验组的评分以(3.52±3.17)分低于对照组的(6.68±3.31)分(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应总发生率为10.63%,与对照组的8.51%差异不大(P>0.05)。结论伊托必利联合达吉可对老年消化不良患者产生积极的治疗效果,且不良反应较小,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of itopride combined with Daji for elderly patients with dyspepsia. Methods Randomly selected from February 2016 to February 2014 in our hospital 94 cases of elderly patients with dyspepsia, according to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, with itopride for control group, the combined use of Darjeeling as the experimental group, and the clinical symptom scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were decreased, and the score of the experimental group （3.52~3.17） was lower than that of the control group （6.68~3.31）（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.63%, and the difference was not significant （P〉0.05） in the control group （〉8.51%）. Conclusion Combined with itopride in Darjeeling, can have a positive effect of treatment on the elderly patients with dyspepsia and less side effects, with popularization value.
