300例消化不良住院患儿的营养风险评估研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察临床上功能性消化不良的患儿的营养风险进行评估,有助于开展患儿营养不良风险筛查。方法项目为前瞻性研究,于2012年12月至2015年3月以消化不良为主要症状就诊患儿共计300例,随机分为营养评估干预组151例,正常治疗组149例。针对患儿的营养症状和生化指标根据卫星营养评价法对入组患儿进行综合营养评价。实验组患儿存在营养不良风险,给予辅助营养支持。结果采用营养状况和生长风险筛查工具(STRONGkid)评价实验组151例患儿中出现营养不良比例为11.3%(11/151),营养不良风险倾向患儿比例为27.2%(41/151)。实验组中营养不良和营养不良风险倾向的患儿均接受瑞能等肠内营养支持,住院时间和不良反应显著少于对照组(住院时间7.9 d VS 13.4 d,不良反应发生率9.3%VS 16.8%)。NK淋巴细胞计数在实验组中营养正常者显著高于营养不良和营养不良倾向患儿(31.5%±9.5%)VS(18.6%±6.48%)。结论针对营养不良和营养不良倾向患儿进行营养支持,有助于降低患者住院时间和不良反应,值得在临床上进行营养支持在消化不良患儿的治疗过程中推广应用。
